When booking a session with intuitionandheart.com, owners and practitioners, cancellations for a full refund are permitted up to 7 days prior to the booked session, after which this is at the discretion of intuitionandheart.com, owners and practitioner.

intuitionandheart.com, owners and practitioners reserve the right to cancel sessions booked at any time, and provide a full refund back to the client.

We understand the deeply imbedded relationship complexities that can arise within the dynamics of working together. With that being said, we will not tolerate any bullying, trolling, or disclosure of the operations within intuitionandheart.com practice, on social media and/or any other public revenues. If you use any intuitionandheart.com services, you acknowledge and agree that the company has offered these services, sets its prices, and entered into these terms in reliance upon the warranty disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth in these terms, and that the warranty disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth herein form an essential basis of the bargain between you and intutionandheart.com (its owner and its practitioners). Intuitionandheart.com, its owner and its practitioners will not be able to provide the services on an economically reasonable basis without these limitations.

Termination

Company reserves the right, without advance notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your ability to use the Services, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions
